hehe after A long long longggggg year I had finally had a vacation.

so we went to Melaka, these are some exciting places we went during our vacay in Melaka. places we went are for adults bringing small kids and babies.. 

we set off from home at 12 pm arrived at Melaka around 3 pm 

I thought of staying in Masbrow village but husband wanted to stay in a hotel. so we went to Bandar Melaka.. all the hotels apparently were so expensive and sold out since its a long weekend. 

initially we wanted swiss garde/ the shore but no beds available.

so after searching via travelers best friend app-

we finally able to book a hotel at THE PINES hotel 

cost around rm 308.. with deposit given back..so the room was really big!! including kitchen and living room! it was a great stay!

so after check In to the hotel first day we sought food cause we were so famished!

tried to find asam pedas but since we were to hungry we went to AEON and it was a massive jam.. since its a holiday the places to eat were packed. so we went to eat at the vivo.. the food was filling but wasn't great. and was seriously OVERPRICED.

after we had lunch/dinner we went to RIVER CRUISE.

tickets were RM 18 for adults and kids were rm 6.50..

no tickets for babies..

 

Adam was so excited taking a boat ride..

tak nak turun boat bila dah sampai jetty

the ride took about 45 minutes 

we cruise along the Melaka river

really nice view 

after that we check in to the hotel cause it was too late..others itenary we planned for tomorrow 

so the next day we went for breakfast at the hotel

very good breakfast they serve 

then after that Adam and Arif went for a dip in the really cold swimming pool with papa.

was so cold arif was shivering.

after swimming pool we check out and went to the Shore 

first we got tickets to the TOY MUSEUM and 3D INTERACTIVE PARK 

tickets wetre comob for RM40 adults  myKad and children rm38 

Adam enjoyed himself in the Toy museum..really like the Mario video game although he don't know how to play.. I didn't seem interested haha 

then we went to 3D INTERACTIVE PARK! this was cool!  

they had the 3D painting all over and I like the night and day change section 

 

but stroller was not allowed in and you have to take off your shoes 

so mind you have to bring a carrier along.

as I forgot to bring I had to carry my little bam bam all the way in and out of the park 

which I really like 

but then we had back aches hahaha 

best part is these t1o parks had souvenir included after you bought tickets so we don't have to buy any other souvenir hehe 

 

after that we proceed to THE SHORE OCENARIUM 

tickets all together was RM 80 - 2 adults and 1 child

not as much fish as there was in aquaria 

but it was interesting 

there was quizzes and if you able to complete all the answers you get a gift 

so we have to collect stamps for the questions 

the first area we went was the look and feel site

you can touch starfish, sea cucumber, sharks 

but difficult for Adam, he is not that tall to touch the things in the pool 

then we went to the insect site-- seeing bees snakes and butterfly 

then we saw pirhana 

sharks above us 

the 3D movie section 

jelly fishes 

and I bough the picture as a souvenir 

there is a 3D movie section - with bubbles! I like this one better so real like compare to Lego land hahaha 

initially we wanted to go to menara Taming Sari

as we proceed to the area its already 6 pm

we tried to find a decent hotel but all are over priced due to weekends 

so we stayed at the Syaz meridian

not a good hotel for me and the kids

small room

but very near to taming sari

u can just walk to it

if by car its like 3 minutes 

so the morning we had our brunch at asam pedas Jr 

very delicious asam pedas 

we aprk at the area

and walk to MENARA TAMING SARI

tickets were rm 25 for adults and kids free 

with my kid

so total were like rm50 

then when we are in the air the tower rotates so u can view Melaka

abit gayat duk kat atas tu

tapi Adam selambe je

he was excited to see a pirate ship!

then after we descent from menara 

my husband wanted a Duck ride but it was too expensive rm109 

then we went to the Museum Samudera which is the pirate ship 

Adam climb until the top the he was scared 

'mami mami adam scared' 

aiyooo budak ni 

then we went across it to Museum TLDM 

was so panas so we didn't stayed long

adam was too over excited

actually he wanted a trishaw ride of Didi and friends 

but Arif was a bit cranky so we decided to go makan 

we went to Dataran Pahlawan however since we were so hungry we didn't find any food shops in level 1 we decide to go to Mahkota Parade

it was already 6pm

we went back to KL but the highway was too jam 

but was happy we got to spend time togather and took so many pictures!

Tips for mommies to be

Which is funny 🤪
Anyway this is a blog just to share my tips as a new mommy
What i think is useful during my post partum period

1. New and bigger mommy bag
- last time i though if having a bigger bag would be more convinient and a bagpack
But turns out im comfortable with donna mommy bag
Because u can attached it to the stroller
- as usual banyak poket
- ada yg bileh letak tissue (can buy this too)
- usually comes with changing mat

2. Donna stroller
- can use as a car seat cum stroller
- easy to manouver and install
- not too heavy like scr but still heavy for post cser mommy
- comes with a bag attached
- add alittle you can get an infant insert + rain cover + seat cover
- isofix is around rm500+ ( not inclusive stroller)
- can inly use for infant/ up to 13 kg
- once ur baby is big u have to sell the stroller

3. Rechargeable fan
- really strong wind
- rechargeable battery
- can charge using powerbank/ power source
- around rm 23 bought through shoppee

4. Mamaroo 3.0 infant swing
- bought second hand the sound is damaged
- but still can use as a baby bouncer
- can stand up to 11 kg
- but if ur baby knows how to turn around not suitable
- my baby sleeps soundly inside 😆

5. Milk collector
- bought through lazada
- really useful when u have a lot of milk dripping
- so u can collect and give to baby next feedding
- usually i can collect up to 1 oz from the non bf boob
- bought for rm14 😋
- must take note, beli yg ada cover dan stand
- if tak de cover milk will spill, stand to stabilize the thing


6. Barut
- please beli banyak2
- amazingly aku beli banyak to tak jumpa2 kat mana tah barut2 ni hilang

7. Socks and mittents
- ni pun slalu gahib
- beli banyak senang

8. Pampers
- kalau anak 3.5 kg ke bawah boleh pakai pampers newborn
Tp kalau dah 3.5kg ke atas i find it too small nak pakai newborn pye oampers so beli s

- tp anak saya lelaki, not sure kalau baby girl
- and please beli banyak sekali gus jangan beli satu pek.. mmg tk ckup..
- baby minum sambil berak.. so everytime u tukar pampers dia akan terus terberak and kena tukar lagi

9. Nappy bag
- sangat handy especially kalau keluar and bbay berak
- so nappy beg ni plastic nak letak dirty diaper utk di buang
-kalau takde tong sampah berdekatan at least blh letak dlm plastic sampai jumpa tong sampah
- and boleh gantung kat bag



10. Lampu suluh
- kalau u ol ada bedstand lamp ok la
Sbb malam2 terbangun nak salin lampin baby
- i takde lamp tu so i beli rm4.50 je torch light kecik so boleh tgk malam2 mase tgh salon lampin baby
- beli kat mr diy



11. Baby nest
- beli kat kekabu adik comey on instagram
- harga rm300+
- tp berbaloi (dpt 2 bloster + 1 cloud pillow+ square pillow + baby nest + 2 tilam)
- mcm2 corak

12. Lactation brownies/ cookies
- saya beli mom more milk
- brownies dia letak kurma
- if u ol tk nk beli takpe gak makan kurma je. Tp brownies ni mmg kenyang so i buat breakfast

13. Stand by berpeket2 milo dan air mineral
- bila u menyusu u akan rase dahaga sangattttt
- so ni utk hilang dahaga tu ye haha

14. Baju tidur calvin klein
- yg best pasal baju ni is
- its cotton mmg lembut best tuk baby
- tutup kaki so tak ya oenig cari sarung kaki
- dia butang , senang nak salin lampin, buka butang kat bahagian lampin je

- kalau yg jenis zip kena buka the whole baju bila nak salin lampin nt bbay nangis kalau sejuk

15. Nursing cover
- sangat helpful bila kena breastfeed baby kat khayalak ramai
- especially baby boy yg banyak snagat minum dan kitorang terpaksa pg clinic bawak baby sbb kuning



16. Botol baby punp on the go 2 oz
- sbb senang
- newborn minum sikit je 1 -2 oz je
- kalau kita pump dan letak dlm botol 4oz atau pakai plastic nanti takut bazir if u tos kan susu tu
- susu dah tos kena pakai within 4hrs. So lg 2 oz bazir pulak
- ni rm3 je satu botol so jimat
- beli kat shoppee
